The last 6 months have been the toughest of my life and this past week the worst of that.  I am at the end of my rope have pretty much lost everything.  I have been really depressed the last few days there doesn't seem to be any solution to all the problems I have but the reason for this writing is to explain hope I'm making it through this tough time.  First is pray both my own and the prays of others.  Second is I take my self to another time when every thing was great, simple, and no worries; My childhood!!! When I grew up in the '60 and '70s you could walk to school safely,  play in the alley between houses, leave your door unlocked and trust that when someone said they were a friend of your mothers and would u like a ride they were who they said they were.  and what has really helped is all  the childhood friends I have reconnected with just this week (over 20 in the last 2 days)  and what they have reminded me of.  I am writing it down and it be in the About tab in a day or so.  Yes the problem are still there but I'm emotional stable because of a earlier Time!

Got up this morning to have a two day indoor yard sell it was very slow so thought I go thru some boxes and found some photo albums one I had never seen the all were pictures of the family at home and on trips etc.  but the one I had never seen had baby pictures of my brother and I.  so it was very emotional going down memory lane.  but then  something really strange happened .  I was reminiscing, thinking about my elementary school days because I'm up to that point in write.  I've been writeing down, mostly for me, my life story I a am posting an a abbreviated version on this site under About.  but while I was organizing my thought  I made a list of 7 names  that I remembered from that time. well to make a long story short.  I found 5 of those old friends on Facebook and one has already contacted me after 34 years.  Don't know why but that Little msg form them after 34 year realty made my day and there are 2  I'm excited about hearing from one I have request  friends with on fb the other haven't found yet but may have found their sister. well its been an emotional roller coaster today. Still have to find job and do something about getting new contacts very soon.  well I'm going to write some more on my childhood now, may share some of it with you at a latter date.
